The Comité du cœur is strongly committed to protecting your personal data and ensures compliance with the regulations in force under the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April, 2016, (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), which came into force on 25 May, 2018, and the French amended law of 6 January, 1978, known as the ‘Data Protection Act’.
To this end, the Comité du cœur has appointed a Data Protection Officer (or « DPO »).

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in compliance with current regulations. To this end, you are hereby notified that: 

• The data controller is the Comité du cœur,
• the data is processed for the sole purpose of fulfilling the requests you have made on the contact form and in connection with newsletter subscriptions. It is stored for 5 years, then for the applicable legal period in case of dispute, 
• only Sacem’s internal services acting on behalf of the Comité du cœur and the members of the Comité du cœur’s board of directors are recipients of the information you provide. The Comité du cœur and Sacem, as non-profit organisations, do not engage in any commercial prospecting. Your personal information is therefore not transferred or rented, either free of charge or for a fee, to third parties and is not used for any commercial purposes, 
• All recipients of your information are subject to confidentiality obligations,
