Angela Alves was appointed general delegate of the Comité du Cœur on 1 July, 2022.

Alongside our president, Arlette Tabart, Angela Alves will be focused on strengthening the solidarity work that our association has been doing for over 70 years.

Her first goal will be to sustain and promote the work of the Comité du cœur by engaging the younger generation of authors and composers to continue supporting this important cause, in a context where creative professions are becoming increasingly precarious.

Angela Alves was previously Managing Director of the Ircec national complementary pension fund. In recent years, she has worked to strengthen the social and professional status of authors and preserve their rights, by working with public authorities and professional organisations.
