She was a French composer who joined Sacem on April 16, 1929. In 1938, she received the Sacem Mesureur Award. Twenty years later, she was awarded the Joubert Prize, and in 1961, the Enoch&nbsp;Award.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On October 29, 1986, she wrote her will, appointing the Comit\u00e9 du coeur as the sole beneficiary of the royalties that would be credited to her account. As part of her last wishes, she requested the creation of an award bearing her name to honour a young composer of symphonic music.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column
