For requests that need more specific and in-depth follow-up, the Comité du cœur is assisted by a social worker. She can give advice and support to those making requests about their personal or professional situations and provide individual assistance, bound by professional confidentiality. 

The social worker can also provide more focused personal support after one-off assistance from the Comité du cœur.
